About This Spot

Cutters Point Coffee feels like a thoughtfully crafted neighborhood refuge, the kind of place where the world slows down just a bit. From the moment you step inside, the soft hum of carefully chosen music and the gentle warmth of a modern yet homey interior invite you to settle in. There’s an easy rhythm here—unhurried and welcoming, yet lively enough to keep the spirit light and open. Large clocks on the wall and cozy corners hint at moments spent lost in conversation or quietly savoring your own thoughts.

This coffee shop is a gentle gathering spot for locals who appreciate more than just their caffeine fix. Whether you’re drawn by the rich, steady drip coffee, or intrigued by the creative range of frappés and smoothies, each sip feels like part of a larger, comforting ritual. The baristas carry themselves with genuine kindness and familiarity, making the space feel less like a commercial outlet and more like a shared community table where everyone is welcome.

It’s easy to imagine mornings here anchored by classic espresso drinks or afternoons brightened by a smooth, blended option that surprises you with its subtle balance of flavors. Whether it’s the familiar hum of a caramel macchiato or the unexpected twist of a lavender mocha frappé, the menu speaks of thoughtful creativity without ever overwhelming—a nod to those who savor both tradition and playful new tastes.

Beyond the drinks, there’s a sense of care found in the small details: the clean, inviting restrooms, the smiles exchanged behind the counter, and the space’s ability to feel spacious without losing intimacy. It’s a spot where you might find yourself staying longer than planned, lulled by the comfortable atmosphere and the steady pulse of everyday life passing through.

At Cutters Point Coffee, you don’t just come for a beverage; you come for a moment to pause, to reconnect, and perhaps to discover a new favorite ritual tucked away just off the Pacific Highway.

This is by far one of the best coffee shops, if not the best , that I went to since setting my foot here in Seattle. It’s cozy, good choices of music, clean restroom, knowledgeable and kind staff, spacious and most especially the coffee or even the non caffeinated drinks are good. I usually order the haystack, redbull spritzers or the peppermint dark mocha. You should definitely check this out!

The place is pretty but I wasn’t impressed with the coffee. I had the eggnog latte and I added a little honey but to me it tasted kind of sour. It wasn’t the rich creamy eggnog latte that I had at other places. The customer service was good.

Seems like they are still working out the kinks on a renovation + staff turnover (just a guess), but overall the place seems solid. Friendly staff (only slightly awkward, probably less so than average in Seattle), nice ambiance (always a fan of coffee shop fireplaces and enormous clocks), and most importantly to me personally: good cold brew. Apparently they have a happy hour from 3:00-6:00, though I'm not quite sure what that entails. I'd recommend this place over Starbucks, hence the 5 stars.

Amazing! Great staff, great service! Great coffee, made the same everytime which seems hard for other coffee places lol So it's a relief that I've had the same great tasting coffee every time I've ordered! The sandwiches are AMAZING! So fresh tasting! Definitely worth it! Love Brooke and Taylor!! They are the best!

Was on the go after getting off a plane in Seattle and this cute coffee shop was great. I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. That was yummy. and a very large iced caramel latte. That was good to. My girl order and enjoyed a lavender latte. the decor was cute and felt very home-y.

Haven't stopped by this CPC location in years. On my way to Sea-Tac and stopped by for a hot drink. Shout out to Avry who made an awesome xTRA Hot Dbl Cupped Toasted Marshmallow Mocha. Being a Longtime Cutter Guy, what I've always appreciated is CPC's commitment to Quality & Consistency. From the state of Washington to the state of Georgia (Savanna) that's right CPC has a location in GA. Again, no matter the location, You know You will always be served the Best Drinks by the Best Baristas in your State! G *my personal experience
